Challenge

Our customer needed a safe, comfortable space for his family to stay while visiting from out of town. His mother and father were planning on coming for an extended visit. He didn't have an appropriate amount of space for them to stay and he certianly didn't want them to have to stay in a hotel!

Solution

We designed, created and installed a fully finished basement including a bathroom and bedroom. This was the perfect solution for his long term visits from his parents. It gave them their own space and privacy, all the while being under the same roof as their son while visiting.

The exterior walls were already framed in when we arrived for the estimate. The basement was clean and dry, perfect to start our finishing project!

Halfway through, the progress was showing! The project was really starting to shape up! Here you can see one of our Production Crew member measuring to install the drop ceiling.

The final results are stunning!
